It incorporates insights from African multinationals, practitioners, and leading academics to provide an in-depth understanding of what it takes to expand a business across Africa and manage complex regional portfolios.


It incorporates insights from African multinationals, practitioners, and leading academics to provide an in-depth understanding of what it takes to expand a business across Africa. At the end of the programme, we expect you to have gained sufficient understanding of the following themes:

  • Cross-Border Expansion Strategies in Africa;
  • Operational Management in New African Markets;
  • Navigating the Political Economy and the Global Environment; and
  • Building and Leading an African Multinational.
