LAUNDRY SERVICES:
Laundry and Dry Cleaning articles need to be handed to Reception before 09:00 and will be returned the same day in case of laundry and the next day in case of Dry Cleaning.
Please note that this service is outsourced.
Every care is taken with all articles entrusted to us. However, we cannot accept responsibility for shrinkage or the non-removal of Stains that will not respond to the process adopted for their removal.

LOST AND FOUND:
All Lost and Found items are sent to our Housekeeper for safekeeping. If you have misplaced an item, please contact Reception.

We are not responsible for the loss of, or damage to the property of any visitor brought onto the premises, whether arising from theft, fire or otherwise, by whatsoever cause, or arising from negligent or wrongful act of any person in the employ of Illovo Hotel.
