Coaching culture vs. business culture
Dr Marc Kahn will
explore the complexity of working systemically with multiple contracting
parties in the systemic landscape of coaching in organisations.
Using the
notion of a ‘coaching axis’ he will share how to manage this landscape (for all
parties including the organisation) in a way that delivers maximum value for
both the organisation and the individual being coached. He will also explore
how to understand the interface and ethical tensions between coaching culture
and business culture, and appreciate the complexity of delivering business
coaching in view of company specific organisational cultures.
