In a post-pandemic world, the disruption to global supply chains presents an opportunity to stimulate local production. Industrialisation, infrastructure, manufacturing, and tourism are all labour intensive, having the potential to reduce chronic unemployment. 

The key to achieving this is increasing energy availability levels which currently cannot meet demand even within a weakened economy. It is imperative that we get this right.
