Ngao Motsei, GIBS Faculty

Dr Ngao Motsei is a Partner at Heidrick and Struggles’ Johannesburg office and a member of the global Leadership Consulting Practice. Ngao focuses mainly on leadership consulting and advisory work, servicing all industry sectors. She joined Heidrick and Struggles from Leadership Emporium, a boutique leadership consultancy she founded.

Ngao is also a member of Faculty at the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Prior to founding Leadership Emporium, Ngao served in various executive and senior management positions in both the public and private sector in South Africa. She has designed and implemented long-term organisational development, change and leadership interventions for the public and private sector, both locally and internationally. International career highlights include being part of the organisational restructuring of Deloitte & Touche in Toronto, Canada; assisting in a business unit re-engineering for Phillips in Budapest, Hungary, and being part of a Team Development and Effectiveness intervention at the University Hospital in Singapore. Ngao’s international experience was part of her Organisational Development training through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s International Organisations & Systems Development Programme.

Ngao holds a PhD (Organisational Behaviour) from the University of Pretoria; a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University, and a B Soc. Sc. (Hons) degree in Social Planning and Administration from the University of Cape Town. Ngao also holds organisational development and executive development certificates from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and INSEAD.​

Graeme Codrington, Futurist, Board advisor, Author, TomorrowTodayGlobal

Graeme Codrington is an expert on the future of work. He is a researcher, author, futurist, presenter and board advisor working across multiple industries and sectors. He has a particular interest in disruptive forces changing how people live, work, interact and connect with each other.

Graeme is the co-founder and international director of TomorrowToday, a global firm of futurists and business strategists. He has five degrees, including a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), a Masters in Sociology, and other professional degrees in Accounting, Arts and Theology, and Youth Work.

He has written five books, including the award winning, "Mind the Gap" and "Future-Proof Your Child", published by Penguin. His latest book is "Leading in a Changing World", published in July 2015. Graeme writes regularly for numerous blogs, magazines and journals, and is regularly called upon for comment by the media around the world.

Graeme's breadth of knowledge and expertise make him highly relevant in today's rapidly evolving business world. Along with his formal qualifications and research credentials, he has a wide range of business experience. He did Chartered Accountancy articles at KPMG, was involved in an IT startup, worked in the Charity sector, has been a professional musician, a strategy consultant and is now a full-time speaker, facilitator and author.



Richard Vester, Director, Cloud Services, EOH

Richard Vester has been in the ICT industry since 1997. Since then Richard has been intimately involved in the service provider and communications industry in a sales, product development, operations and marketing roles. Richard has a deep understanding of the underlying market and the infrastructure, support and products required to deliver best of breed Converged Solutions to SA businesses. Richard has worked for the leading ICT companies in South Africa and over the last five years has spear headed the strategy creation for a large telecommunications provider and applications provider in South Africa. He has specialised in the strategic development of solutions in cloud computing, infrastructure services, security & applications.

He is currently the Director of Cloud Services at EOH Mthombo.
