Future of work: Gamification masterclass

"Games are the new normal" Al Gore

In today's digital and engagement driven environments, the elements that have made gaming 'fun' and 'addictive' for centuries, are making their way into corporates.

Furthermore, with the influx of millennials into the workplace, this is particularly impacting the HR function within organisations.

HR finally has the opportunity to adopt gamification to impact behaviour change in all engagement processes, ranging from pre-recruitment engagement, through to the recruitment process, candidates assessment, induction/on-boarding programmes, learning and development, training, collaboration, as well as retention strategies.

Gamification elements also provide the 'fun'  element needed to increase innovation and design implementation, using concepts like competition, incentives and progressive reward structures for employees.

How will you benefit from attending this 1-day interactive basic (level 1) masterclass:

Delegates will gain experience in a robust gamification scaffholding - through the Purposeful Play Portal (P3),  the gamification framework that will enable you to launch a gamification initiative within your organisation.

Who should attend:

This masterclass will benefit managers and executives from the HR function and/or IT operations who intend to adopt and implement gamification in the work environment. The course will be tailored for beginners who wish to be introduced to the 'universe' of gamification.
