Digital Transformation Strategy and Leadership Masterclass 2019

A practical masterclass aimed at digital practitioners.

Everybody is talking about digital transformation, but depending on who you’re talking to, digital transformation means and implies very different things. What we can all agree on is that our organisations are being subjected to and impacted by multiple disruptive forces simultaneously. Disruption is nothing new but the current speed, complexity and global nature of it is. (Credit Suisse, 2017)

This environment is begging for leaders and practitioners that have a conscious and comprehensive definition for digital transformation, a broad understanding of the societal and technological forces in play, and a set of tools to act immediately and decisively.

This masterclass will provide you with the thinking and practice to be that agent of change in your business.

Topics to be covered include:

  • The definition of digital transformation;

  • Digital transformation vs digital enablement;

  • D. A. R. W. I. N.: six tools for building a digital transformation strategy;

  • The role of leadership in digital transformation; and

  • Multiple case studies and examples from SA and the rest of the world.
