You'll find out how to master the art of nudge-based communication and see how important words are when it comes to encouraging decision-making and purchasing behaviour.
With applications across all industries, Behavioural Linguistics uses science-based principles combined with effective communication to nudge action.
Leigh Crymble is a doctoral student at Wits Business School with a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics. She is a Behavioural Linguist and the founder of BreadCrumbs – a Behavioural Linguistics firm that combines sociolinguistics, psychology and behavioural science to use language to nudge behavioural change.
A light supper will be served after the event.
Please note: GIBS forums are filmed for City Press, BDTV and further distribution. Want to attend but can't afford to? email firstname.lastname@example.org for one of the limited free seats available.
