About the speakers:
Glenn Fullerton, Chief Financial Officer – Nampak Limited
Mr Fullerton commenced his career at Deloitte where he completed his articles in 1987. He has held numerous senior finance positions in various JSE listed groups, including Hunt Leuchars & Hepburn and Computicket, before joining the Malbak group in 1995, where he was a key member of the team responsible for the group’s unbundling in 1997. Post unbundling, he held the positions of finance director of two of the divisions in Malbak’s remaining listed packaging group, Kohler Packaging Limited, until 2000. Mr Fullerton then joined MB Technologies Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2009, which grew into Africa’s largest IT distribution business and in 2009, became chief executive officer until October 2013, when he left on a sabbatical due to a cycling injury. He became Chief Financial Officer of Nampak in September 2015.

Grathel Motau, Group Financial Director – Thebe Investment Corporation.
Grathel Motau has experience in finance encompassing operations, accounting, auditing, credit, corporate finance, transaction structuring, and private equity. She joins Thebe from Mmoni Advisory Services, where she served as CEO for the past five years. Mmoni Advisory Services is a boutique organisation that specialises in transaction advisory services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Motau is also a fellow of the tenth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative – South Africa (ALI SA) and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, the International Women’s Forum, and African Women Chartered Accountants. She serves as a non-executive director of both ALI SA and St Anne’s Diocesan College in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal.

KC Rottok Chesaina is a chartered accountant with a master’s degree in commerce. He is a former partner in the international audit firm RSM and founder of The African Professional Magazine and the SA Professional Services Awards. A fellow of the Bloomberg Media Initiative, Chesaina currently serves as a financial reporting adviser at W.consulting.
