He has more than 20 years of experience leading major consumer goods, food franchises, and telecommunications companies in Africa and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining GE, he spent six years as the chief executive/managing director of two major listed multinational companies, Vodacom and Diageo, at the country/divisional level. His skills in strategy, marketing, sales, digital transformation, data analytics, business turnaround, private equity, stakeholder management, and market development make him a well-rounded leader with a proven track record of delivering business results and developing talent.
