As the world ushers into an ultra-digital era, businesses are constantly transforming.
Technology has brought on this new era by enabling every transformation. This suggests a strong correlation between business transformation and technology. Despite this suggested correlation, transformations that are solely focused on technology often fail to meet long-term business expectations. This challenge is compounded when leaders fail to align technology transformation with the drivers of transformation.
This session will discuss the impact technology is having on SMEs and how best to navigate through this transition.
