Develop new strategic pathways and boost leadership capability to adapt and shift in a changing environment.
The global economy has increasingly been talking about disruption and its impact on everything from the way we work, to the way we live and to the ways in which we make strategic choices. The impact of COVID 19 has accelerated this and has fundamentally challenged and impacted all parts of the global and local economy.
Organisations and individuals have to make sense of these changes and then craft immediate and medium-term strategic choices related to a variety of elements including their employees, ways of work, brand, channels, clients, finances, business models and their future viability. It is imperative that organisations develop strategy that is well thought through – even in a crisis.
This course is designed to make sense and develop a deeper awareness of mass disruption in general and COVID 19 in particular. It will look at developing a well thought through coordinated strategy during a crisis; to map out scenarios in era of uncertainty and to respond immediately to the new normal.
The course will be held on the following dates:
5 May 14:00 – 17:00
12 May 14:00 – 17:00
