As you transition to managing managers or business units, learn to elevate your people, to support them in understanding their roles, and to help them to build effective teams of their own.

This high-impact short programme gives you the keys to transition to your next level of leadership – not only equipping you now but also building your management capacity to tackle ongoing change in the future. You already have experience or training in management and, as your skills, values and focus evolve, it’s important to up-skill your managers, steer them for optimal effectiveness, and then delegate and let go. This will give you the critical space you need to look strategically at planning and change in your own function, in both the medium and long term. 

  • Week 1: Unlock your potential as a leader 
  • Week 2: Maximise your impact on your team 
  • Week 3: Become future-focussed and manage change more effectively 
  • Week 4: Keep performing through the transition 
Additional Information:

All sessions are from (13:00 – 17:00)

  • 18 and 20 May (week 1)
  • 25 and 27 May (week 2)
  • 1 and 3 June (week 3)
  • 1 July follow up session (week 4)

This course is part of several selected programmes which include the offer of access to Linkedin Learning – online learning video courses. Access will be made available on the first day of the GIBS programme and extends two months from the date of completion of the course.
