Coaching as a Focus Area
GIBS defines coaching as a relationship in which a qualified coach partners with a participant as part of a process that inspires the client to maximise their personal and professional potential. This powerful and proven means of leveraging capability and optimising performance is used very effectively in leadership and management development; either alone or in combination with classroom teaching and experiential processes.
