Create a highly innovative culture within your organisation, enabling relevance in a fast-changing world.

The world is changing faster than ever before, and employee and customers' needs and expectations have changed drastically.

As business focus shifts backwards and forwards between survival and resilience and then recovery, it is critical to generate revenue by changing or refreshing the product and services mix.

Innovation does not happen out of thin air, we have to create the internal conditions for it to occur, and that requires redesigning the culture and employee experience to nurture creative thinking and experimentation along with making for learning along the way.

This programme imparts a highly effective five-part methodology towards sustainable and relevant innovation. It is highly practical, and comes with a very useful toolkit.
