In today's dynamic environment, navigating and leading successful change is no longer a luxury but a critical necessity. Change leadership is much more than change management. Organisational success depends on the ability of leaders to master the art of change on a variety of levels, from that of the individual to the greater system. 

This programme takes a deep look at the skills that enable leaders and managers to master the intricacies of change. As technology and globalisation disrupts industries and jobs the ability of individuals and teams to respond with agility, resilience and courage becomes paramount. This programme is designed to help you to understand the dynamics of change and the way it impacts people, both individually and collectively.

Those leaders and managers who understand people's attitudes and motivations are better able to execute and leverage change effectively.
