Are you actively involved in training, development and support of start-up, aspirant or existing entrepreneurs?


GIBS has 50 scholarships available for entrepreneurship development practitioners from community-based entrepreneurship support organisations (e.g. local business chambers, NPOs, business associations). The programme will capacitate support organisations by focussing on organisational development and trainer capacity building.

This programme is made possible by the UNDP Entrepreneurship and Digital Technologies Education Program.

Programme outline:-

  • 2 month programme starting 09 Nov 2020 and concluding Dec 2020
  • Blended programme combining contact sessions (to be held during Nov 2020) and online learning (running from Nov – Dec 2020)
  • Classroom sessions will be delivered in Gauteng.

Additional information
  • Once registered, you will receive a reference number to confirm your registration and thereafter will be invited for an entrance interview. 
  • A 50% deposit (R22 500, which includes the application fee) is required to secure your place in the programme. Please note full payment of the remaining 50% is required before the commencement of Block 2 of the course, failing which you will be de-registered from the course.
  • Due to the customised nature of this programme, around addressing the needs and demands of Social Enterprises, this programme is not accredited.
