Maxine has been adjunct faculty since 2004 specializing in Corporate Culture, Adaptive Leadership and Change and Leading in Complexity. Consults to organizations in South Africa and the USA across a variety of industries. Was an Associate at GothamCulture a New York based consulting firm for 8 years. 

Clients include start ups, mid size and Global organisations across a range of Industries. She has worked extensively with Investec Bank, the Nando’s Global organization, Discovery Ltd, Comair airline as well as various International Law firms.
For the past 8 years she has worked with Google in Silicon Valley. USA, designing and developing Leadership programs for VP’s and Directors.
Maxine teaches Organization Behaviour on the MBA and PDBA programmes and offers an MBA elective entitled “Dealing with Change and Change Immunity”.

She is also an MBA research supervisor. In  addition to lecturing on Academic programs, she also lectures and facilitates on various corporate executive programs utilizing her extensive consulting experience to integrate theory and practice.

Maxine has been a guest speaker at The New School in New York and at various events in Africa. She has attended the Executive Program in Business Strategy at Columbia University and a facilitator program in Corporate Culture with Professor Edgar Schein at MIT. She is also a facilitator in Immunity to Change - a program developed by Professor Robert Kegan at Harvard University.
