Tanya is an entrepreneur at heart and started her first business at the age of 22. She was the owner of the first real estate company in SA to operate as a network of independent affiliated professionals. During this time she led award winning sales, rental and marketing teams across a variety of real estate sectors. Tanya has been a business and executive coach since 2006, working within various industries and professions. She is an internationally qualified Integral coach and founder and owner of BECLEAR a consultancy that has been involved in leadership development programmes in 6 countries and across a variety of sectors.

 

She understands the business landscape and her experience allows her to assist clients, many of whom face challenges such as managing complexity and change, leading peak performing teams and ensuring effective stakeholder management. Tanya partners with her clients as an agent for change, learning and growth.  She views leadership development and coaching as a focused journey of exploration, one that provides clients with a greater understanding and awareness of themselves, others and the systems within which they operate. Her approach is one of sound academic knowledge coupled with practical hands-on experience. She helps clients to unlock their own solutions through self-awareness, dialogue, experimentation and critical thinking. Her aim is to see people flourish, re-engage with their authentic selves, leverage their strengths, achieve their goals and live a life filled with meaning and purpose.


Tanya divides her time between Johannesburg, where she does most of her corporate work and Cape Town, where her family is based. She loves travel, reading, horse-riding and nature. Interests include philosophy, history and politics.
