​Rika is a registered Industrial Social Worker, registered specialist at the SABPP and a registered coach at COMENSA. She is an Organizational development and Action learning specialist, Master Neuro-Linguistic specialist, has ROI Phillips Methodology accreditation and extensive Executive coaching experience. Her coaching approach is mostly informed by Neuro Linguistic Programming principles which embraces the potential for growth through overcoming limiting beliefs. In addition, she is influenced by Nancy Kline's Thinking Environment approach which allows for a Thinking Environment which generates additional options for people. Rika is effective in supporting people to create a clear, action orientated route map between setting an empowering direction to achieve clear outcomes and being honest about where they are now, whilst taking responsibility for their own progress. She uses a mixed coaching approach depending on the needs of individuals or groups. She partners with organisations and individuals to assist them with access to additional possibilities to overcome challenges. Her previous experience as a senior manager combines realistic business experience with a passion for coaching and personal and organizational development. Coaching experience on an international  programme provides a global view. In addition, her ROI knowledge enables the assessment and measurement of the impact of learning initiatives.
