Jackie is an internationally qualified executive coach and facilitator. She is a member of faculty at GIBS where she coaches and lectures. She is also a qualified coach supervisor and holds a PCC accreditation with the ICF (International Coach Federation).
Jackie’s work is focused on building confidence, resilience and agility in her clients so that they are more innovative in their work and also derive more meaning from it. She does this by tapping into her clients’ unique talents and inspiration. As a result her clients are able to apply fresh perspectives and think in bigger ways.
Jackie is a commercial attorney by training. She originally worked as an investment banker and spent over 10 years in senior leadership positions with Barclays in the sub Saharan financial services industry. Her experience includes various roles in General Management, Group Strategy Development and as Chief of Staff of Barclays’ Africa division. Her extensive business experience means that she brings high levels of commercial acumen to her work.
Jackie has worked across 3 continents and this has honed her ability to offer her services virtually.
Jackie works with individuals and teams at board, executive, senior and middle management levels. She has recently been chosen as one a handful of coaches worldwide to work with the executive team of BMW AG in Germany.
Jackie’s work has thus far spanned the Financial services, Fintech, Information Technology, FMCG, Manufacturing, Technology, Professional services, ICT, Media, Industrial, Energy, Construction, Petrochemical, Automotive, Wholesale & Retail, Agro Processing, Business services, Logistics, Higher Education, Public Sector, State Owned Enterprises (PetroSA, Transnet, Eskom), non profit and NGO spheres.
