Dialogue Circle

Out of the ordinary leadership

Complex times require out of the ordinary leadership

“The Dialogue Circle brings together the emerging and current leadership of South Africa to expand their vision and network. Participants from business, government and broader society gain a deep understanding of national issues and shared challenges. They leave the programmes as more influential leaders with the potential for greatness.”

- Gill Marcus, Governor: SA Reserve Bank

In today’s rapidly changing environment, organisations need to understand the challenges and opportunities in our fast moving national context. Through dialogue, experiential learning, field visits and guest speakers, Dialogue Circle Programmes look at the social, political, economic and cultural transformation underway in our society. Participants who use the opportunity become better able to lead their institutions through these complex times.

Dialogue Circle aims to

  • create an understanding of the context in which leadership is exercised
  • build leadership at all levels towards a common vision
  • facilitate dialogue to allow different ideas for South Africa to grow
  • build networks across diversity through the development of trust and optimism.
