Standard Bank: GIBS has presented the Senior Management Programme over the past three years for more than 2500 managers at Standard Bank, the largest bank (by revenue: 2009) in South Africa. Presented at Standard Bank’s Global Leadership Centre, the programme combines fully customised content, customised simulations and strong use of dialoguing to ensure group learning and the desired cultural norms of the Bank.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF): GIBS CSP is extremely proud to present this programme for the leaders of UNICEF. This middle management programme uniquely focuses on both the personal development and wellness of the manager, as well as delivering on programme objectives within the very unique contexts and environments in which UNICEF operates.
The South African National Treasury: GIBS CSP has designed a personal development programme structured to re-energise executive managers, give tools and fresh insights on leading practices within high performing organisations and create a community of practice of empowered and focused executives.
