Managing and leading in a South African business is not an easy thing to do well. We live in a time of enormous complexity in which the challenges and opportunities we face in the South African economy will continue to present an extraordinary set of possibilities for effective leaders.

Our future business leadership will play an important role in building the competitiveness of this nation as an emerging market economy in a fast changing and increasingly competitive global world. It is critical that those with talent have the opportunity to develop it and, as importantly, have every opportunity to make the type of contribution that will make a difference.

For those individuals who are already demonstrating leadership and those who wish to further develop their leadership skills, the GIBS philosophy and the processes in our MBA programme will create the right type of environment for you to sharpen your business acumen.
