The PDBA is designed to provide those young, emerging leaders with the talent and desire to make a difference with the necessary skills and insights required to manage yourself and others successfully.

The PDBA is a one-year modular block release programme which is aimed at fast-tracking high-potential young graduates into the world of business. Led by our world-class faculty and covering the same fundamental business principles as the MBA, the PDBA offers an interactive learning process which combines a broad understanding of business concepts with practical applications, as well as making a significant contribution to the personal growth of those admitted to the programme.
