Programme duration Studies must be completed within four years after acceptance onto the programme. One year is set aside for Part 1 and 3 years are provided for Part 2. In exceptional cases, the Director of GIBS may, on the recommendation of the DBA Programme Director and research supervisor, approve an extension of the period of study on the research thesis for one further year.
