Join a panel of leading speakers as they address "How can we develop leaders to ensure our organisations succeed in the new and unpredictable world of 2011 and beyond?"

Join us at the prestigious venue of the British Academy to learn from our panel of speakers as well as an impressive group of senior HR practitioners. Topics have been selected based on feedback from previous seminars and our research into current areas of focus for global organisations.

Doug Baillie
Chief Human Resources Officer Unilever
"Developing and emerging markets. Winning with people." After running a number of Unilever's global businesses in India, Africa and Europe, Doug has recently been appointed as Chief HR Officer to drive the organisation's people agenda.

Dr Steve Bluen
GIBS full time faculty
"Talent management in Dynamic markets" Previously Head of Talent, SABMiller, until becoming a full time GIBS faculty member in March 2011. As well as 17 years experience of managing talent for SABMiller, Steve is currently writing a book on Talent management in Dynamic markets and will share some of his early research.
