Director's message
A great business school is an organisation which partners with corporate clients to co-create impactful leadership development.
GIBS was established in 2000 to be a place where people with potential, healthy ambition and respect for best practice are willing to engage like-minded peers and colleagues.
The Company-specific programmes (CSP) team numbers some 35 full time employees who have deep experience of co-creating innovative leadership development programmes. In our first 10 years programmes were delivered in 22 countries around the world.
The CSP team is managed in Johannesburg by Shaun Rozyn and by Roger Minton in London.
Our main campus in Johannesburg has been designed to create a learning environment where we stretch our thinking, challenge existing ideas and develop a personal and organisational sense of where we need to go next. In London we are working with European-based organisations to bring our deep expertise of developing global leaders to a growing client base. We use a network of international faculty to deliver programmes in external venues, company premises and partner business schools.
